At Dear-Born Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your clothing or accessories are in original, unwashed condition with all manufacturer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping it back to our Toronto distribution center via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
